Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• Customized items may need extra time for design approval and production.
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation after placing the order.

Shipping Timeline (India)

• Standard Delivery: Estimated 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Express Delivery: If available, options and charges will appear at checkout.
• Timelines may vary by PIN code, courier capacity, festive seasons, strikes, or natural events.

Note: Production time for custom prints is separate from courier transit time.

Shipping Charges

• Applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.
• From time to time, Free Shipping may be offered on select products or promotions.

Delivery Partners & Tracking

• We dispatch via trusted third-party logistics/courier partners.
• Once shipped, a tracking ID/link is shared via email/SMS.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to get activated on the courier’s site.

Address Accuracy & Re-delivery

• Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and reachable contact number.
• Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of Printaaja.
• If a parcel returns due to non-availability or wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, deliveries are available within India only. For special requests regarding international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

• Unexpected delays can occur due to factors outside our control (weather, operational constraints, etc.).
• If your order is significantly delayed, email us with your Order ID for assistance.
• In rare cases of loss/damage in transit, we will coordinate with the courier per their investigation and policies.
